Job Requirements

- prior experience in a bakery or decorating role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare and decorate baked goods and cakes to maintain well-stocked bakery display cases
- make and decorate cakes accurately according to customers' orders and company guidelines
- smile and greet all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service
- respond to customers' requests to meet the goals and objectives of the department
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating area
- collaborate with bakery team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- monitor inventory levels of decorating supplies and report needs
