Job Duties
- Decorate baked goods according to company specifications to ensure visual appeal and quality
- Execute daily production lists to meet bakery demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
- Collaborate with bakery team members to ensure timely production and availability of products
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting bakery customers and answering questions
- Monitor product quality to ensure freshness and adherence to safety standards
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures during food handling and decorating
