Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must comply with food safety protocols
- ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bakery decoration or related food service field preferred
- basic knowledge of baking and decorating techniques
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Decorate baked goods to company specifications
- execute the daily production list accurately
- ensure all bakery products are fresh and high quality
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- provide excellent customer service to support store success
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in inventory management as needed
