- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in a fast-paced restaurant server role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to carry at least 25 pounds
