Job Requirements
- Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to use basic computer functions
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 60 lbs
- Ability to work with fresh, dried, and processed food products without allergic reactions
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents
- Ability to climb ladders to retrieve items
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
- Ability to lead and engage associates to achieve department goals
Job Qualifications

- Experience in retail or food service environment preferred

Job Duties
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws
- Enforce HAACP and food handling procedures
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Supervise associates in proper use of equipment and safety protocols
- Greet customers and provide courteous service
- Train, develop, and mentor department associates
- Ensure accurate pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise
- Manage department records and reports
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Lead department operations to meet sales and profit goals
- Assist in food preparation, catering, and special orders
- Enforce attendance and timekeeping policies
- Communicate effectively with associates and management
- Perform other duties as assigned
