- Experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
Job Duties
- Report to the restaurant general manager and support associates by directing daily operations and creating an excellent guest experience
- Oversee and ensure the proper training of all food and beverage personnel following the White Lodging Way guidelines
- Monitor communications, morale, and motivation of all food and beverage personnel
- Ensure food, liquor, wine, and other beverage costs are in line with budget
- Oversee food and beverage operations during meal periods, ensuring tasks such as cooking, clearing tables, serving, taking orders, delivering room service, and cleaning are performed in accordance with brand standards
- Assist with or issue accurate weekly forecasts to enable the creation of effective plans and schedules that maximize guest satisfaction
- Perform any other duties as required by the restaurant general manager
