Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license for at least one year excluding temporary licenses
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
- Successful completion of criminal background check, 5-panel drug screen, and motor vehicle record check after conditional offer
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Hold a valid driver’s license for at least one year (excluding temporary licenses)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Capability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon with limited evening and Sunday demand
- Manage shifts Monday - Friday 7 am - 12 pm and 12 pm - 6 pm
- Greet customers with an emphasis on world-class hospitality
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership emphasizing safety and focus without rushing
- Organize vehicle inventory efficiently around the dealership
- Perform vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control where applicable
- Assist with various dealership tasks to learn the ins and outs
- Provide thorough cleaning of new and used vehicles to Citrin standards including wheels, exterior pressure washing, hand drying, and interior vacuuming
- Drive vehicles and customers off-site where trained and eligible
- Maintain fast-paced, client-focused service
