Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
- Passing a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer is accepted

- Good driving record
- At least one year holding a valid driver’s license (excluding temporary licenses)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to sit or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon with limited evening demand and closed Sundays
- Manage shift times Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 7 pm
- Greet customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world-class hospitality
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership with a focus on safety and attention, avoiding rushed situations
- Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
- Provide vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control at some dealerships, especially for those preferring less customer interaction
- Learn dealership operations by assisting with various tasks as needed
- Maintain high-speed engagement and client service in all assigned roles
- Drive vehicles and customers off-site at some locations for trained and eligible staff
- Clean new and used vehicles thoroughly to meet Citrin’s standards
- Execute cleaning tasks such as pressure washing exteriors, vacuuming interiors, and hand drying vehicles
