Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver’s license with minimum five years driving experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
- Ensure efficiency and service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
- Monitor safety and compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
- Strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
