Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Valid driver’s license with minimum five years driving experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions

  • Strong problem-solving ability with quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented and organized with effective management of schedules and operations
  • Valid driver’s license with minimum five years driving experience and a clean record

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
  • Ensure efficiency and service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
  • Monitor safety and compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
  • Strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
  • Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
  • Develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
