Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with at least five years of clean driving experience
- Supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team by recruiting, training, and overseeing daily valet operations
- Ensure efficiency and service excellence by maintaining high standards
- Monitor safety and compliance through conducting safety reviews and enforcing company policies
- Strengthen client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll and scheduling by managing employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders by mentoring staff and identifying team members for growth opportunities
