Job Requirements

At least one year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
Valid driver's license held for at least one year with no significant infractions
Available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
No drug or alcohol related convictions within the past five years (including DUI, DWI)
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Relocation not required but may accelerate career growth

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
Minimum of 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
Experience in sales, leadership, or hospitality including hotel, retail, commission sales or restaurant setting, athletic or team leadership, military or community leadership
Valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week on average
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
At least 18 years old

Job Duties

Oversight of daily valet operations for assigned locations
Become a leader with entrepreneur mentality and professional communication
Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
Effectively manage people and hold them accountable to expectations
Create and manage the schedule, daily reports, and budget allocation
Support and mentor team members during training and daily operations
Represent Citrin to clients and their customers while managing operational functions
