Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
- must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- no drug or alcohol related conviction on record in past 5 years
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be authorized to work in the United States without work sponsorship
- relocation not required but may help growth
- bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with experience
- at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- sales, leadership, and hospitality experience in hotel, retail, commission sales, serving/restaurant, athletic/team activities, military, community, social, or academic organizations
- valid driver’s license for at least one year without significant infractions
- authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Receive support, mentoring, and learning needed to be successful
- excel as a leader in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
- work alongside teams in current locations and potentially new customer launches
- serve as the face of Citrin to clients and their customers
- lead teams to success by working alongside them
- learn operational functions and contribute to organizational growth
- master knowledge and skills to run markets and manage teams across multiple dealerships
