Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- Must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship
- Relocation is not required but may increase growth velocity
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with right experience
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- Experience in sales, leadership, or hospitality including hotel, retail, commission sales, or restaurant environments
- Leadership experience in athletic, military, community, social, or academic organizations
- Valid driver's license with no significant infractions for at least one year
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Receive mentoring and training to prepare for leadership
- Learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Work alongside teams at various US locations
- Serve as the face of Citrin to clients and customers
- Oversee daily valet operations and manage scheduling and budget
- Motivate and empower team members
- Learn operational functions to support organizational growth
