Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- Must have valid driver’s license with no significant infractions
- Must be available to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- Comfortable working long shifts on feet
- No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

- Sales, leadership and hospitality experience including hotel, retail, commission sales, serving/restaurant, athletic/team activities, military or community leadership
- Valid driver’s license with no significant infractions
- Available to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- Comfortable working long shifts on feet
- No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Hands-on management of daily valet operations for assigned location
- Become a leader with entrepreneur mentality and professional communication
- Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
- Effectively manage people and hold them accountable to expectations
- Create and manage the schedule, daily reports, and budget allocation
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients of assigned location
- Communicate client needs on a timely manner
- Consistently monitor team members performance
- Coordinate with team members ensuring consistent service in a fast-paced environment
- Training and development of team members on parking safety and valet procedures
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed
- Manage team schedules of assigned location
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash revenue and daily reporting
