Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience
- Valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- Availability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Relocation not required but may aid growth
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but with the right experience not required
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
- Sales, leadership, and hospitality experience may include hotel, retail, commission sales, serving/restaurant environment, athletic/team leadership, military, community, social, or academic organizations
- Valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorization to work in the United States with no work sponsorship required
Job Duties
- Oversight of daily valet operations for assigned location(s)
- Become a leader with entrepreneur mentality and professional communication
- Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
- Effectively manage people and hold them accountable to expectations
- Create and manage the schedule, daily reports, and budget allocation
