Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
- Valid driver’s license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- Ability to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- Comfortable working long shifts on feet
- No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required with the right experience
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
- Sales, leadership, and hospitality experience preferred such as work in hotel, retail, commission sales, or restaurant serving
- Leadership experience in athletic, military, community, social, or academic organizations is beneficial
- Valid driver’s license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- Ability to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- Comfortable working long shifts on feet

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients of the assigned location
- Communicate client needs in a timely manner
- Consistently monitor team members performance of assigned location
- Coordinate with team members ensuring consistent service in a fast-paced environment
- Train and develop team members on parking safety and valet procedures
- Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
- Manage team schedules of assigned location
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash revenue and daily reporting of assigned locations
