Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- comfortable with long shifts on feet
- no recent drug or alcohol convictions
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the United States without need for work authorization sponsorship
- relocation not required but may enhance growth
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- experience in sales, leadership, hospitality including hotel, retail, commission sales, serving/restaurant, athletic/team leadership, military or community leadership
- valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- ability to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- comfortable working long shifts on feet
- no drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Hands-on management of daily valet operations for assigned location(s)
- become a leader with entrepreneur mentality and professional communication
- motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality
- effectively manage people and hold them accountable to expectations
- create and manage the schedule, daily reports, and budget allocation
- develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients of assigned location
- communicate client needs in a timely manner
- consistently monitor team members performance
- coordinate with team members ensuring consistent service in a fast-paced environment
- training and development of team members on parking safety and valet procedures
- ensuring all safety procedures are followed
- manage team schedules
- handle administrative tasks such as cash revenue management and daily reporting
