Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in supervisory roles preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication skills with ability to clearly convey information to employees and clients
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve challenges efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with focus on ensuring smooth daily operations and policy adherence
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
  • Ensure operational excellence - maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Drive safety and compliance - conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
  • Build strong client relationships - establish regular meetings with dealership management
  • Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
  • Develop future leaders - mentor employees and identify management potential
