Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in the automotive industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience in supervisory roles preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly convey information to employees and clients
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to resolve challenges efficiently
- Detail-oriented with focus on ensuring smooth daily operations and policy adherence
- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
- Ensure operational excellence - maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
- Drive safety and compliance - conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
- Build strong client relationships - establish regular meetings with dealership management
- Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
- Develop future leaders - mentor employees and identify management potential
