Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- excellent communication skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- detail-oriented and highly organized
- valid driver's license with at least 5 years driving experience and a clean driving record
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
- ensure efficiency and service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
- monitor safety and compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
- strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- oversee payroll and scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
- develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
