Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience in an automotive setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and at least five years of experience
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments and adapt to weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership experience with previous supervisory roles
  • Strong communication skills to relay information effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented to ensure adherence to policies and smooth operations
  • Valid driver’s license with at least five years of driving experience and a clean record

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
  • Ensure operational excellence - maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Drive safety and compliance - conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
  • Build strong client relationships - establish regular meetings with dealership management
  • Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
  • Develop future leaders - mentor employees and identify management potential
