Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience preferably in valet or related fields
- Valid driver’s license with at least five years of clean driving experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
- Ensure efficiency and service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
- Monitor safety and compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
- Strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
