Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of supervisory experience preferably in valet or related fields
  • Valid driver’s license with at least five years of clean driving experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Commitment to safety and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
  • Strong problem-solving ability with quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing schedules and operations
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and minimum five years of driving experience

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
  • Ensure efficiency and service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
  • Monitor safety and compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
  • Strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
  • Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
  • Develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
