Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or related field
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
- Strong problem-solving ability with quick thinking and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented and organized with effective management of schedules and operations
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of five years of driving experience and a clean record
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
- Ensure efficiency and service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
- Monitor safety and compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
- Strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
