Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record for at least 5 years

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
  • Ensure efficiency and service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
  • Monitor safety and compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
  • Strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
  • Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
  • Develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
