Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule

Strong problem-solving skills, capable of quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized with effective management of schedules and operations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and minimum 5 years of driving experience

Job Duties

Lead and manage the Service Drive Team including recruiting, training, and overseeing daily valet operations
Ensure efficiency and service excellence by maintaining high standards in all aspects
Monitor safety and compliance through regular safety reviews and enforcing company policies
Strengthen client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
Oversee payroll and scheduling including managing employee time tracking and budget allocation
Develop future leaders by mentoring staff and identifying team members for growth opportunities
