Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule
Job Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized with effective management of schedules and operations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and minimum 5 years of driving experience
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team including recruiting, training, and overseeing daily valet operations
- Ensure efficiency and service excellence by maintaining high standards in all aspects
- Monitor safety and compliance through regular safety reviews and enforcing company policies
- Strengthen client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll and scheduling including managing employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders by mentoring staff and identifying team members for growth opportunities
