Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of driving experience

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team – recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
- Ensure efficiency and service excellence – maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
- Monitor safety and compliance – conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
- Strengthen client relationships – serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll and scheduling – manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders – mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
