Job Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
  • Strong problem-solving ability with quick thinking and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with effective management of schedules and operations
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Service Drive Team – recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
  • Ensure efficiency and service excellence – maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
  • Monitor safety and compliance – conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
  • Strengthen client relationships – serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
  • Oversee payroll and scheduling – manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
  • Develop future leaders – mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities
