Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year (excluding temporary licenses)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of a shift
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a motor vehicle record check

- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift

- Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon with limited demand on evenings and closed Sundays
- Work shifts Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 7 pm
- Greet customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world class hospitality
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership with an emphasis on safety and focus
- Move vehicle and organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
- Provide vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control tasks at some dealerships
- Assist with various tasks to learn the ins and outs of the dealership
- Maintain a high level of client service in an engaging, fast-paced environment
- Drive vehicles and customers off-site around the city when eligible and properly trained
- Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to meet company standards including cleaning wheels, pressure washing exterior, hand drying, and vacuuming interior carpets and seats
