Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid driver’s license held for at least one year excluding temporary licenses
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
- Must pass criminal background check and/or motor vehicle record check after conditional offer acceptance

Job Duties
- Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon with limited evening demand and closed Sundays
- Shift times from Monday to Saturday include 7:00 am - 1 pm or 1 pm - 7 pm
- Greet customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world class hospitality
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership with an emphasis on safety and focus without feeling rushed
- Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership and move vehicles as needed
- Perform vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control tasks at some dealerships
- Assist with various dealership tasks as needed and provide unmatched client service
- Drive vehicles and customers off-site at eligible locations with proper training
- Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to meet company standards including exterior washing and interior vacuuming
