Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid driver’s license for at least one year
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional appearance
- Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
- Subject to a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer is accepted

Job Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world class hospitality
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership with an emphasis on safety and focus
- Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
- Provide vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control at some dealerships
- Assist with various tasks as needed to learn dealership operations
- Drive vehicles and customers off-site at eligible locations
- Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to ensure they meet company standards
