Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle intake and delivery
- Move, park, and organize customer and inventory vehicles on the lot
- Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop area, and customer lounge
- Assist with dealership lot organization and vehicle display
- Perform vehicle pickups and drop-offs as needed
- Support service advisors and technicians with daily operational tasks
- Perform light facility maintenance and shop cleanup
- Ensure keys are properly tagged, tracked, and secured
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers and coworkers
