Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR requirements
- Minimum age of 18 for driving responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to drive automatic vehicles
- Manual transmission experience preferred
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance

Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently transport identified vehicles as directed
- Serve as the primary shadow shift leader for new hire orientation and training
- Provide daily oversight of lot operations and help maintain service quality on-site
- Foster positive interactions with dealership clients and their customers
- Submit all damage claims and reports within one hour of the incident and notify management
- Participate in the administration of site-specific disciplinary action when appropriate
- Coordinate with the Account Manager to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Complete other duties as assigned to support account operations
