Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service hospitality or related experience preferred
- Ability to operate dealership mobile phone software
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Must be dependable reliable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to pass background and drug screens

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in person providing excellent guest service
- Maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment for all guests
- Assist with valet parking and manage the dealership parking lot
- Deliver customer vehicles to and from customer homes
- Handle guest inquiries regarding vehicle service sales and dealership amenities
- Provide accurate information via phone email or in person
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with dealership standards
- Assist with deliveries errands and other dealership tasks as needed
