Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Food Handler's License or equivalent when required
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to make decisions within scope of duties
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions including walking, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for long periods
- Flexible work schedule with additional hours as needed

- Understanding of safety and health standards in food service
- Knowledge of food and beverage products preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety procedures
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Develop and maintain positive relations with customers and staff
- Comply with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- Wear and maintain required uniforms properly
- Alert supervisors of concerns regarding food and beverage quality
- Adhere to established security policies
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Demonstrate knowledge of all food and beverage outlets and products
- Communicate effectively to anticipate and reduce customer complaints
- Ensure tables are cleaned immediately after customers leave and reset promptly
- Assist bussers or bus own tables if no busser is available
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work as a team and support fellow coworkers
- Follow policies on discounts and comps strictly
- Report to work on time and clock in and out accurately
- Ensure bussers receive proper tip share
- Check and direct buffet replenishment
- Pre-bus tables continuously
- Assist in training new employees
- Ensure food orders are correct and appealing before serving
- Understand and comply with Colorado Gaming ICMPs
- Prevent underage gambling and drinking by checking IDs
- Attend annual retraining on underage gambling and alcohol policies
