Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of recent and related customer service experience
- ability to make decisions within the scope of essential duties
- physical ability to perform tasks including frequent walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and standing for entire shifts
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work additional hours as needed
- adherence to safety and company policies
- compliance with Colorado Limited Gaming Act and ICMP regulations
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of recent and related experience in customer service
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and security procedures
- basic knowledge of alcohol service regulations
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to work effectively in a team
- knowledge of food and beverage products is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and foods to customers courteously and promptly
- provide quality service to ensure good customer service
- maintain a properly stocked, clean, and organized bar
- monitor cash flow and comply with money handling procedures
- monitor guests for intoxication and take appropriate action
- coordinate bartending activities with cocktail servers
- promote events in gaming, slots, restaurant and other areas
- sell and exchange change according to regulations
- develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff members
- perform all duties in compliance with company policies and Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- alert supervisors of issues related to customer behavior, quality concerns, and security
- clock in and out for shifts punctually
- follow uniform dress code
- accurately account for cash, charges and comps
- promptly clean up any broken glassware or bottles
- ensure all drinks are entered into the micros system
- work as a team player and communicate effectively with other departments
