Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of recent and related customer service experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in confined and possibly slippery areas
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule with additional hours as needed
- Knowledge and understanding of company policies and Colorado Limited Gaming Act
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Must be of legal age with proper identification to serve alcohol
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use safety equipment
- Must clock in and out for shifts according to company procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and food to customers courteously and promptly
- Provide quality customer service
- Maintain a properly stocked, clean, and organized bar
- Monitor cash flow and comply with money handling procedures
- Monitor guests for intoxication and manage alcohol sales accordingly
- Coordinate with cocktail servers and promote events
- Sell and exchange change according to regulations
- Develop positive relationships with customers and staff
- Comply with gaming laws and company policies
- Alert supervisors of quality or safety concerns
- Perform other duties as needed and directed
