Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of related cooking experience preferably in hospitality, restaurant or gaming
- food handler's license or equivalent when required
- effective and diplomatic communication skills in English
- ability to perform physical tasks including brisk walking, climbing, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible hours including additional hours as needed
- willingness to comply with safety and uniform policies
- ability to work in hot, cold, and noisy environments
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications

- one or more years of recent and related cooking experience preferably in hospitality, restaurant or gaming environment
- effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills in English
- knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties

- wears and maintains all uniforms including slip resistant shoes
- alerts supervisor about food and beverage quality concerns
- follows security policies and procedures
- prepares a variety of customer beverage orders to Double Eagle standards
- serves food and beverages promptly and courteously
- buses tables when needed
- demonstrates good knowledge of all casino food and beverage outlets and products
- communicates and maintains performance standards for customer interactions
- cooperates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintains customer service area and equipment cleanliness
- follows operational policies and procedures
- performs cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks
- merchandises and stocks products appropriately
- self-motivates and works independently
- follows cash handling and register policies
- clocks in and out and signs in and out for work shifts
- performs all computer transactions accurately
- assists in training new employees
- operates Micros POS system and balances sales transactions
