Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry
- experience with timekeeping and workforce management systems preferred
- strong time management and prioritization abilities

Job Duties
- Maintain accurate and timely timekeeping records using Dayforce and other workforce systems
- support distribution center leadership by ensuring timely and accurate timekeeping and reporting
- ensure clock-in accuracy by reconciling timekeeping data and addressing discrepancies
- escalate system issues affecting timekeeping to relevant stakeholders
- oversee the Call Off Line reporting tool including maintaining employee lists and adding or removing users
- complete administrative tasks such as Dayforce and LMS reconciliations, audits, and reporting
- support pre-set shift management and validate employee timekeeping and attendance
- audit employee timecards including clock-ins, clock-outs, and meal breaks and report trends to supervisors and managers
- confirm payroll accuracy prior to approval
- oversee daily LMS operations including data input, hours reconciliation, employee profiles, and schedule management
- manage user access in LMS by adding or removing users and resolving lockouts
- address ServiceNow tickets and email requests to resolve system discrepancies
- partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workforce system data accuracy
- perform regular audits of LMS and timekeeping systems to ensure compliance
- track, administer, and report labor standards (RPP)
