Job Requirements
- Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Working knowledge of the automotive warehouse and/or store industry
- Familiarity with automotive parts
- Advanced computer skills
- Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired

Job Duties
- Unload various types of merchandise from route trucks and place in designated staging areas
- Verify unloaded items by matching driver manifests to merchandise
- Assist in wrapping, loading, and shipping of outbound merchandise
- Verify store manifest and scan return merchandise
- Sort and stack rebuilt core and warranty merchandise into designated areas
- Follow procedures for staging, cut-offs, auditing, and preparing products for shipment
- Maintain and rebox new merchandise received
- Maintain inventory and order boxes
- Sort warranty merchandise into vendor bins and coordinate with vendor representatives
- Dispose of HazMat chemicals and oil according to company policy
- Process recall, changeover, and stocklift merchandise
- Work with sales on demo, used, and loaner equipment billing and RGS shipment
- Test and process warranty batteries
- Perform monthly rotations on DC stock and complete battery reports
- Prepare shipment paperwork and ensure correct packing and loading
- Maintain safety standards and clean work areas
- Train new team members and conduct training documentation
- Perform other assigned duties
