Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work day shifts between 8 am and 4 pm
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- must be at least 16 years old
- meet all eligibility requirements for employment
- Illinois applicants must obtain food safety certification within 30 days
Job Qualifications
- friendly and customer service oriented
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to handle kitchen heat and basic knife skills a plus
- team player
- able to manage allergen awareness including peanut egg dairy gluten soy seafood and shellfish
- able to stand walk for at least 3 hours
- able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- at least 16 years of age
- for Illinois applicants food safety certification within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- work multiple stations as directed by a shift leader or manager
- comply with health and safety standards for food cleanliness and safety
- restock food line chips and cooler
- prepare quality finished products efficiently
- use automatic slicer if 18 or older
- clean tables counters floors bathrooms kitchen and utensils take out trash
- operate cash register handle balance cash procedures
- effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- take delivery catering pickup orders over the phone
- perform other duties as assigned
