Job Duties
- Greet customers from the front desk as they enter the dealership and assist them with their needs
- answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner
- direct and transfer calls throughout the dealership to specific departments or personnel as requested by the customer
- clearly communicate messages as needed to sales, parts, and service
- effectively use computer software to complete tasks
- scan documents for the service department
- other duties as assigned
