Job Duties

  • Greet customers from the front desk as they enter the dealership and assist them with their needs
  • answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner
  • direct and transfer calls throughout the dealership to specific departments or personnel as requested by the customer
  • clearly communicate messages as needed to sales, parts, and service
  • effectively use computer software to complete tasks
  • scan documents for the service department
  • other duties as assigned
