Job Duties
- Greet customers from the front desk as they enter the dealership and assist them with their needs
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner
- Direct and transfer calls throughout the dealership to specific departments or personnel as requested by the customer
- Clearly communicate messages as needed to sales, parts, and service
- Effectively use computer software to complete tasks
- Scan documents for the service department
- Other duties as assigned
