Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter or leave the restaurant
- Assist with running the waitlist using an app-based program
- Take delivery and carryout orders over the phone
- Check guests out as they pick up carryout orders
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff
