Job Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Own or have access to reliable transportation
- Speak and understand English
- Own a cell phone preferably a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably clock in clock out and receive daily assignments
- Comfortably lift 40 lbs without risk of injury
- Be available for 15+ hours/week
- A self-starter who is comfortable with accountability
- A hard worker with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently or on a team
- Comfortable working in a building after hours
- Passionate about a job well done
- A positive person who looks to add value to every situation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Cleaning of offices and common areas including but not limited to hallways common areas and public bathrooms
- Cleaning duties include but are not limited to dusting sweeping vacuuming mopping etc
- Communicating with team members proactively should any aspect of your cleaning not be completed
- Following all health and safety regulations provided
