Job Requirements

  • Must be able to take and give out orders accurately
  • Ability to balance cash drawers at the end of shifts
  • Capable of answering questions regarding menu items
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Must maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service roles preferred
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Taking customer orders from inside counter and drive-thru
  • Handling cash and balancing cash drawers
  • Answering customer questions about menu items
  • Providing excellent customer service and courtesy
  • Managing order accuracy and timely order delivery
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the order station
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service
