Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work day shifts only including holidays and weekends
  • ability to perform managerial duties with minimal supervision
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
  • ability to handle inventory and financial tasks
  • commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
  • work effectively in partnerships
  • professional verbal and written communication skills
  • enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shift
  • lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members
  • conduct full inventory counts for each period
  • maintain transparent oversight of financial performance
  • utilize technology solutions for efficient management
  • ensure exceptional guest experience from opening to closing
  • hire and retain motivated, high-quality staff
