Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant operations preferred
- Availability to work day shifts only
- Ability to work on holidays and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in managerial training programs
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team effectively
- Strong capability to work collaboratively in partnerships
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude
Job Duties
- Manage daily single shift operations with no requirement for double shifts or night shifts
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Conduct a full inventory after each period to maintain operational accuracy
- Monitor and transparently report on restaurant financial performance to qualify for performance-based bonuses
- Utilize and implement technology solutions to streamline restaurant management tasks
- Support and communicate effectively with team members while respecting personal time boundaries
- Recruit and hire exceptional team members, ensuring equity and equality within the workforce
- Develop and present growth opportunities for team members
- Ensure the delivery of the ideal Turning Point guest experience from start to finish
