Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • Availability to work day shifts only
  • Ability to work on holidays and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in managerial training programs
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Manage daily single shift operations with no requirement for double shifts or night shifts
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Conduct a full inventory after each period to maintain operational accuracy
  • Monitor and transparently report on restaurant financial performance to qualify for performance-based bonuses
  • Utilize and implement technology solutions to streamline restaurant management tasks
  • Support and communicate effectively with team members while respecting personal time boundaries
  • Recruit and hire exceptional team members, ensuring equity and equality within the workforce
  • Develop and present growth opportunities for team members
  • Ensure the delivery of the ideal Turning Point guest experience from start to finish
