Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work daytime shifts only
  • Willingness to work on holidays and weekends
  • Ability to perform full shift duties from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team

Job Duties

  • Daily management of one shift
  • No need to ask staff to work a double when closing at 3
  • No close or open shifts for managers
  • Work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Conduct one full inventory for each period
  • Maintain full transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation
  • Utilize implemented technology solutions to enhance job efficiency
  • Provide timely and helpful support and communication without intruding on personal time
  • Seek out and hire exceptional team members
  • Ensure equity and equality for all
  • Present and develop growth opportunities for team members
  • Deliver the ideal Turning Point experience to guests from start to finish
