Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Daily management of one shift
- no double shifts when closing at 3 p.m.
- no closing or opening shifts for managers
- work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- conduct one full inventory for each period
- ensure full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant
- use technology solutions to facilitate job duties
- support and communicate with the team without intruding on personal time
- seek out and hire exceptional team members
- ensure equity and equality for all
- present and develop growth opportunities for team members
- provide an ideal experience for guests
