Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Daily management of one shift
  • no double shifts when closing at 3 p.m.
  • no closing or opening shifts for managers
  • work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • conduct one full inventory for each period
  • ensure full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant
  • use technology solutions to facilitate job duties
  • support and communicate with the team without intruding on personal time
  • seek out and hire exceptional team members
  • ensure equity and equality for all
  • present and develop growth opportunities for team members
  • provide an ideal experience for guests
