Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving for seniors or adults
- Ability to work flexible schedules including daytime and overnight shifts
- Completion of all necessary background checks and health screenings
- Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to provide compassionate and supportive care
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts 2-3 times per week preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience caring for seniors or adults
- Demonstrated warmth and compassion for clients
- Ability to communicate competently and perform assigned tasks effectively
- Completion of criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screening
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Preferred certifications include CNA, HHA, or DSP but not required
Job Duties
- Provide companionship including conversation, activities, light housekeeping, running errands, and transportation to appointments
- Assist with personal care tasks such as meal preparation, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, encouraging exercises, and grooming
- Communicate diligently with office and care team members about client conditions and concerns
- Ensure clients remain healthy and have improved quality of life through attentive care
- Maintain accurate charting and reporting to provide peace of mind to clients' loved ones
