Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs to improve their dining experience
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new menu items and promotions
- Assist fellow Servers to promote teamwork and outstanding guest service
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Follow safe work practices to maintain personal and guest safety
