Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience in serving or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as dishwashing
- Must have a compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work the full shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous serving experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate who is a good fit for our community
Job Duties
- Provide caring and attentive service to our residents, building positive relationships with them
- Take food and drink orders accurately and with patience
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
- Assist with table setup and cleanup, ensuring the dining area is welcoming and tidy
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth dining experience
